The first three phases focus on gathering data, performing analysis, setting goals, and developing strategies for the three main functional areas of the business (Sales, Operations, Finance). They provide a structured, step-by-step guide to growth that gives equal weight to planning for: revenue growth, the infrastructure to support it, and the financial resources necessary to fund it.
The last two phases deal with implementation of the plan. We recognize that a game plan is only as good as its execution and that the business environment is not static, so we incorporate project management techniques in our process to keep the execution moving and to provide feedback loops to make adjustments as the environment changes.
